Cedar Hill Holdings was originally formed as a family office to invest in real estate and other value-oriented investments. While Cedar Hill has interests in other diversified investment activities, real estate is our foundation. Cedar Hill members began a career of real estate investment management and structuring in the 1970s and subsequently started our core business of real estate bridge loans in 1976.
