We aim to ensure best seed and growth financing opportunities, mainly through private sector venture capital funds, to develop Estonia's venture capital market and enable conditions to provide capital in all economic cycles. Our contribution to Estonia's capital market is via anchor investments into VC funds, which enable ambitious and innovative Estonian companies development and growth globally.
