Ulatan Holdings, Inc. (UGI) is a family-owned corporation based in New York, NY. At UGI they have a broad investment mandate, making opportunistic investments in both public and private opportunities across various industries and assets. Our family typically invest with an indefinite holding period, and as a wholly owned company with significant liquidity, we are typically able to execute in an expeditious manner under various structures.
