Randstad Innovation Fund (RIF) is Randstad’s strategic corporate venture fund to continuously fuel our innovation engine and support Randstad’s ambition to expand its leadership position. The firm has multiple complementary investments in the HR space and aims to re-focus from early-stage to expansion-stage, with a focus on digital platforms, talent management, Edtech including up- and re-skilling, fintech, Worktech, and innovation in big data analytics & machine learning.
